    摘要:

    差速器壳体内的半轴齿轮座平面磨损是差速器常见的一种失效形式,可以通过表面工程的方法进行批量再制造。本文结合亚激光瞬间熔技术,通过功能分析,选择堆焊的工艺方法,设计了一种用于差速器壳体磨损部位修复的再制造专机。专机主要由工件旋转驱动机构、焊枪水平移动机构、焊枪垂直移动机构、焊丝自动送给机构和焊枪夹持机构组成,在工件转动的同时,焊枪做径向运动或间歇移动,形成螺旋线或同心圆焊道的堆焊层,实现对磨损部位的再制造修复,可用于对差速器壳体的批量化再制造生产。

    Abstract:

    The wear of half axle gear seats inside the differential mechanisms shells is a common failure form. And it can be batch remanufactured by the surfacing method. A remanufacturing machine for repairing the wear of differential mechanisms shells was designed by combining sub laser welding technology with surfacing method. The remanufacturing machine is mainly formed with the workpieces rotating mechanism, the welding torchs horizontal moving mechanism, the welding torchs vertical moving mechanism, the welding wires automatic feeding mechanism and the welding torchholding mechanism. To get the spiral surfacing layer, the workpiece keeps uniform circular motion, at the same time, the welding torch does radial uniform linear motion. This machine can repair the wear of differential mechanisms shells, so it can be used for the batch remanufacturing of differential mechanisms shells.
