    摘要:

    为了克服传统冲压生产线自动化程度低、效率低和能耗高等问题,设计开发了全自动冲压生产线组网技术及实时监控系统。该系统由多台精密压力机连线组成,通过高速伺服电机驱动的工业机器人实现垛料、送料和工序间的自动转序,并通过现场总线控制工业机器人和精密冲压力机之间的动作同步协调、及监控,实现冲压生产线的全自动化。系统采用双层工业组网设计,底层Cclink通信保证工业现场数据实时快速可靠的传输,实现分布式数据采集和监控;上层TCP/IP组网实现大批量数据传输,便于远程监控、系统集成和信息管理。对系统进行全面测试,测试结果表明:该监控系统数据采集实时性好,并具有实时数据显示、数据存储和历史数据查询,生产线数据管理,以及故障检测和报警等功能。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve existing problems of the traditional stamping production line, i.e. lower automation degree, lower efficiency and higher energy consumption, the design and development of field network configuration and distributed monitoring system for full automatic stamping production line were presented. This system was composed of several sets of precision stamping machines in connection, and an industrial robot was driven by high speed servo motor to implement materials palleting, feeding and automatic sequencing in work shifts. Synchronization, coordination and monitoring of movements between precision stamping machnes and industrial robot by field bus control to implement full automation of the stamping producton line. The system was applied of doublelayer industrial network design so that the realtime data communication based on underlying Cclink field bus guaranteed a rapid and reliable data transmission to implement distributed data sampling and monitoring, while the upper layer TCP/IP networking realized the large quantities of data transmission to facilitate remote monitoring, system integration and unified information management. The testing results show that the monitoring system is able not only to have functions of to capture, to display and to store machining data on the stamping production line in real time, but also to inquire a historical data on the machining process, to monitor and manage the process data and to give prewarning on possible failure in fault dignosis.
