    摘要:

    介绍液压阻尼缓降器的工作原理,利用虚拟仿真平台AMESim软件建立液压阻尼缓降器的动力学模型,仿真分析下降速度与流控阀通径之间的关系,并确定合理的流控阀通径;仿真分析不同负荷情况下,液压阻尼缓降器的工作性能。结果表明:该缓降器满足使用要求。仿真结果对液压阻尼缓降器的生产使用具有一定的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    The working principle of the hydraulic damping descent control device was introduced. The system model was set up by the virtual simulation platform AMESim. The relationship between the descent speed and the orifice diameter of the flow control valve was analyzed. The reasonable orifice diameter was determined. The working performance of the hydraulic damping descent control device under different load conditions were analyzed. The results show that the descent control device meets the requirements. The simulation results can guide the production and use of the hydraulic damping descent control device.
