    摘要:

    对于应用于军事武器、装备和设施的液压系统,在复杂战场环境下,具有高的可靠性和快速诊断修复能力,战斗进攻能力才能得以保障。针对含液压泵、溢流阀、换向阀、过滤器等元件的基本油路,采用分级阶梯式结构,结合PLC、以太网、组态软件等技术实现一种分布式网络教学考核平台,实现对维修人员的高效培训,完成日常训练和考核评定。

    Abstract:

    In the complex battlefield environment, for the hydraulic system used in military weapons, equipment and facilities, good fight attack capability is required with high reliability and fast diagnosis ability to repair. A simple and highly efficiency distributed teaching and assessment platform was realized with the technology of PLC, Ethernet network, configuration software etc. The experimental objects of this platform were the basic circuits containing hydraulic pump, relief valve, reversing valve, filters and other components, using hierarchical ladder type structure. The platform can be used to realize daily training and assessment.
