    摘要:

    介绍了基于载人深潜器机械手操作的小型岩芯取样钻机的工作原理及设计要求;根据岩芯取样钻机工作环境的特点,设计了便于载人深潜器机械手操作的小型岩芯取样钻机。结果表明:该钻机自带电源,不需要潜器提供动力电源和控制信号,大大提高了作业时潜器的安全;使用磁触发的方式控制钻机启停,有效地减少了泄漏点;使用软轴传动,减小了钻机的体积,更方便潜器的搭载。

    Abstract:

    A small rock core sampling drill, which is suitable for manipulator of manned submersible operation, was presented of the working principle and design requirements. The structure of the small sampling drill operated by manipulator of manned submersible was designed according to the characteristics of working conditions. The results show that the small core sampling drill is embedded with a power supply, which can eliminate the power supply and control signal from the manned submersible and greatly improve the safety operation of the manned submersible. Using magnetic trigger mode to control the start and stop of the small core sampling drill can effectively reduce the leak. The volume of the drill is reduced by using flexible shaft transmission, which makes it easy to carry the drill by the maned submersible.
