    摘要:

    针对目前磁流变阀结构形式单一且体积大的不足,设计了一种结构紧凑的混合流动式磁流变阀,该磁流变阀阻尼间隙液流通道由轴向圆环流动和径向圆盘流动共同组成。介绍了混合流动式磁流变阀结构及工作原理,并建立了其压降数学模型;利用ANSYS有限元仿真分析软件对混合流动式磁流变阀的静态磁场进行了仿真分析。结果表明:该磁流变阀磁场利用率高,同时能够获得足够大的压差,并且可调范围大。

    Abstract:

    Due to the shortcomings of the simple structure and big dimensions of the traditional magnetorheological (MR) valve, a hybrid flow MR valve with compact structure was proposed, the fluid resistance gaps of this proposed MR valve was composed by the annular fluid flow and radial fluid flow. The structure and working principle of the MR valve were introduced , the mathematical model of pressure drop was deduced. The magnetic field simulation was conducted using ANSYS software, and the pressure drop was simulated too. The results show that this proposed MR valve has high efficiency of the magnetic fields, the pressure drop and the adjustable range are also optimal than that of traditional MR valve.
