    摘要:

    为准确进行船舶燃油能耗检测与计量,实现管理信息船岸一体化,研制了燃油检测系统。使用力控组态软件,开发实时监控平台。选取检测机构主要运动参数、结构参数、燃油性能参数,通过流量数据采集、转换、传送功能试验,对船用燃油检测的数据精度进行工艺合理分析,探明影响流量的规律。结果表明:齿轮泵转速对流量影响最大,其次是燃油黏度,检测系统的实时性满足船舶的工作要求。

    Abstract:

    〗For accurate ship fuel consumption test and measurement, to realize management information integration of ship to shore, a fuel testing system was developed. Using the force control configuration software, the realtime monitoring platform was developed. The examination organization main movement parameters, structure parameters, the fuel performance parameters were selected; through the flow data collection, conversion and transmission function test, the reasonable analysis about the data precision of marine fuel oil detection was done to find out the effect to the flow rate. Results show that the pump speed has the greatest effect on the flow, the second is the fuel oil viscosity, the realtime performance of the system meets the job requirements of the ship.
