    摘要:

    为监测矿井中存在的安全隐患,设计了基于物联网的矿井机器人安全控制系统,利用矿井顶板上的Zigbee终端节点进行压力采集及传输,通过智能机器人完成矿井瓦斯浓度、一氧化碳、温湿度等参数的采集并对顶板实现视觉监测。测试和实验证明,系统能实现机器人自主导航巡查和瓦斯、顶板等重大危险源安全预警,从而对相关事故及时响应。

    Abstract:

    In order to monitor so many security hidden problems in the mine, the control system of intelligent mine patrol robot was designed based on Internet of things (IOT). By using the Zigbee terminal node on the mine roof, pressure acquisition and transmission were realized. Through the intelligent robot, the parameter collection of gas concentration, carbon monoxide, temperature and humidity in the mine were achieved, and so was visual monitoring of roof. Tests and experiments prove that the system can realize the autonomous navigation inspections of the patrol robot and the safety warning of the major hazards, such as gas, roof, and etc. Thus, it can timely respond to the accidents accordingly.
