AMESim simulation models of thermodynamic was established based on the object of closed hydraulic system of doublerow sugarcane combine harvester. The factors that influenced the system temperature were analyzed. The results show that the power weight of influence is rather low of thermal dissipation area of oil tank and pressure of flush valve on temeprature rising. The power weight of influence is quite high of thermal dissipation area, rotational speed, load and internal leakage on temperature rising, providing reference for temperature rise checking and components model selection of the closed hydraulic system.
