摘要:

ServoWorks是一种基于PC解决方案的全软件开放式CNC系统，它所有的功能均由软件实现。通过对ServoWorks CNC系统硬件结构和软件结构的分析，了解了开放式数控系统的许多优点；依据Soft Servo System公司提供的SDK开发包在VB60上进行软件开发，完成了基于VB60的全软件开放式四轴联动数控系统的开发，并在实际四轴联动机床上进行试验，达到了预期的效果。

Abstract:

ServoWorks is a solution of open CNC system software based on PC, which all the functions are accomplished by software. Through the analysis of the hardware structure and software structure of ServoWorks CNC system, many advantages of open CNC system were understanded, and on the basis of SDK development kit for software which was provided by Soft Servo System company, the research and development of four axis linkage numerical control system software was completed in VB60, and the software was tested in the the four axis machine tools and achieved the expected effect.
