Abstract:The designed motorized spindle is used to detect the automobile gear meshing, reduce vibration and noise interference of traditional belt transmission shaft on detection. The calculation of shaft neck and bearing span, and selections of bearing ,motor and the mode of lubricating and cooling were introduced. Through testing temperature, vibration and noise of motorized spindle, it is found that after the motorized spindle meet the prescribed speed, the temperatures of each part keep under 36 ℃ basically; vibration is less than 0.5 m/s2; the value of noise remains below 69 dB. These parameters are in reasonable range, illustrating the design rationality of the spindle.
