Abstract:The rotational speed fluctuation of precision centrifuge determines its overload output uncertainty.Therefore,how to control the rotational speed fluctuation quantity of precision centrifuge is the precondition to realize its design index.Based on the mathematical simulation model of the precision centrifuge which was established by MATLAB/Simulink software,combining with the experimental results of JML150G,JML100J and other types of precision centrifuges,the effects of various factors such as the speed measuring error and the disturbance torque on the rotational speed fluctuation of precision centrifuge were analyzed.The quantitative calculation formulas of rotational speed fluctuation quantity were obtained,and the conclusion was verified by experiment.The results of this study lay foundation to quantitative design of precision centrifuge speed indicator.
