    摘要:

    滚珠丝杠作为机床伺服进给系统的重要元件,其热变形会降低伺服进给系统的定位精度,在机床高速化发展的过程中,滚珠丝杠热变形成为其发展的瓶颈,采用通有冷却介质的空心滚珠丝杠为解决这一问题提供了方法。空心滚珠丝杠定位精度受到以下因素影响:滚珠丝杠轴向载荷、转速、通入空心滚珠丝杠的冷却介质的种类、冷却介质流速以及空心滚珠丝杠内孔的大小,这些因素不仅影响空心滚珠丝杠的冷却效果,而且对空心滚珠丝杠的变形也有很大的影响。研究结果表明:轴向载荷和转速对温度影响较小;专业冷却油更适合用于滚珠丝杠的冷却,合理控制其温升和热变形;热变形和热-结构耦合的分析,给出了最佳内孔直径。为空心滚珠丝杠的设计及研究提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    The positioning accuracy of ball screw is highly lowered by the thermal deformations of ball screw, with ball screw is an important module of machine tool servo feed system. Meanwhile, the thermal deformations of ball screw are also the bottleneck of the highspeed and highprecision development of machine tool. However, the hollow ball screw with cooling oil system is a breakthrough solution to the problem. The positioning accuracy of hollow ball screw was affected by following factors: the axial load, the rotation rate, the type of cooling medium, velocity of flow of cooling medium and the inner diameter of the hole of hollow ball screw, all these factors not only had influence on cooling, but also on deformations of hollow ball screw greatly. The study results show that axial load and rotation rate have little influence on temperature. Special cooling oil is more suitable for cooling the ball screw, and rationally controlling its temperature rise and thermal deformations. The optimal inner diameter of hole is given by analyzing thermal defromations and heatstructure coupling, which has a theoretical significant value on the design and the study of hollow ball screw.
