A new integrated hydraulic transformer was put forward aiming at raising transformer ratio. The structure (including block, valve plate and swashplate) was designed. Besides, schematic diagram and threedimensional model were drawn.Theoretical analysis for the integrated hydraulic transformer was completed. It is shown that the integrated hydraulic transformer broadens the ratio of hydraulic transformation and makes it possible that output pressure increases several times than the oil pressure.

    摘要:

    针对现有液压变压器调压范围较窄,提出一种新型集成式液压变压器,设计了集成式液压变压器的结构(包括缸体、配流盘、斜盘),完成了原理图与三维模型的绘制,并且对比现有液压变压器对其进行理论分析。结果表明:集成式液压变压器扩宽了液压变压器的调压范围,实现了输出压力数倍于油源压力。
