Abstract:According to the performance requirements of displacement sensor detection, a design of performance of new displacement sensor test platform was proposed. By the manual clamping, the linear motion unit test platform drives the magnetic steel and the displacement sensor to do relative motion, through the acquisition card sensor signals to the IPC, analysis of displacement sensor accuracy by ipc. The structure design of test platform was completed, 3D CAD model was established in the SolidWorks platform, and the design of the core components of the test platform selection and electrical system was completed. The simulation results show that the equipment can complete all the action performance testing requirements of displacement sensor.
