    摘要:

    为实现转向轻便性、安全性和舒适性,液压转向系统必须具有稳定性好、转向灵活和响应速度快等动态响应特性,即要求比例阀能够稳定、快速的换向和控制流量。基于此,利用AMESim和Simulink联合仿真分析了油缸在不同参数下的响应特性,研究了电液比例换向阀的阻尼孔直径对线控液压转向系统响应特性的影响。结果表明:阻尼孔直径在2~10 mm范围内,随着阻尼孔直径的增大,到达指定位置所用的时间越长,即响应速度越慢;阻尼孔直径在1 mm时,其超调量较大;阻尼孔直径在8~10 mm范围内,液压缸有小量的震动。

    Abstract:

    In order to achieve steering portability, security and comfort, the hydraulic steering system must have good stability, flexible steering and fast response speed of dynamic response characteristics, such as requiring proportional valve can be stable, fast reversing and control flow. Based on this, AMESim and Simulink were used in unity for simulation analysis of the response characteristic of the oil cylinder under different parameters, and the damping hole diameter of electro hydraulic proportional directional valve influenced of the response characteristics of hydraulic steering was researched. The results show that the damping hole within 2~10 mm in diameter, with the increase of damping hole diameter, the longer time is for reaching the designated position, that is the slower of the response speed. When damping hole in 1 mm of diameter, its overshoot is rather high. When damping hole within 8~10 mm in diameter, the hydraulic cylinder has a small amount of vibration.
