    摘要:

    当液压系统发生异常磨损时,液压油中金属磨粒的浓度会急剧增加,因此,液压油中金属磨粒的浓度检测也是在线监测常用的手段之一。利用光阻法,设计并制作了微流控检测芯片,搭建了相应的光学检测系统,选取粒径为10 μm和20 μm的铁粉,分别配制了不同浓度梯度的油样,并进行了大量的检测试验。结果表明:当金属磨粒的浓度增大时,信号幅值可增大近6倍,而且信号幅值随着磨粒的粒径增大而增大;光阻法可用于液压油中金属磨粒浓度检测,并且具有良好的检测效果。

    Abstract:

    When the concentration of metal particles in hydraulic oil increases sharply, it indicates that the abnormal wear occurred and the malfunction may cause. Thus the detection of metal particle concentration is one of the methods to monitor the condition of machine online. By used the optical method, the microfluidic detection chip for oil detection was designed and fabricated. A corresponding optical detection system was developed, by selecting iron (Fe) powder with particle size of 10 μm and 20 μm, oil samples with different parameters of condensation grade were prepared, and a lot of detection experiments were done. The testing results demonstrate that 600% increase in signal amplitude can be gotten when increasing the concentration of wear particles. Besides, the signal amplitude increases with increasing of the diameter of wear particles. It also shows the good performance of the detection system, which proves that the optical method is feasible in metal wear particle concentration detection of hydraulic oil.
