Abstract:The horizontal cylinder synchronous control technology of hydroforming machine has a great significance for the production of automotive tubular parts. Basing on the experimental platform the mathematical model of hydraulic system was established, and then the synchronization control simulation on the Matlab was carried out, and experiment research was carried out after the control system optimization. The optimization included dead zone compensation of proportional direction valve and application of FM355C.Experimental results show that the dead zone compensation can improve the response rate of proportional direction valve, closedloop module FM355C has superior synchronization control effect than closedloop control functions FB41, in the experiment, the track effect of simulated curve and the accuracy of synchronous control have improved.
