    摘要:

    阐述影响机床主轴箱噪声的因素,通过振动信号测试和噪声测试,根据频谱图尖峰频率的主要成份,结合特定转速下啮合频率的计算值,识别了主要噪声源,并提出在变速箱齿轮传动结构设计中应重视的问题,尽可能保证啮合频率不重合,有效降低噪声水平。

    Abstract:

    The main factors of the spindle box noise were presented. According to the main ingredients of the spectrum peak frequency and the calculated value of the meshing frequency under particular speed, main source of the noise was identified by the vibration and noise testing. The problem should be paid attention in the transmission structure design was proposed, that was the meshing frequencies should not coincide each other, and the noise would be effectively reduced.
