Electronic press measurement and control system for pressure and displacement based on LabVIEW was designed which introduced hardware design and software design, the communication process design, data acquisition module of the system PLC program design, LabVIEW programming and the communication process of LabVIEW and PLC were described. By practical application of this system,the results show that it can be able to give pressure and displacement realtime motion control,data acquisition, monitoring, analysis and alarm.
