    摘要:

    针对双轴疲劳试验系统精度问题,提出了基于应变片法对典型十字形板材试样进行拉-拉疲劳试验的精度标定方案。通过实时采集与动态显示相应监测点应力-应变数据与波形,判断是否存在面内扭矩与面外弯矩,同时校核载荷传感器的动态精确度以及载荷反馈值的幅值、相位、频率与波形。标定表明:双轴疲劳试验系统可以保障双轴疲劳试验的同轴度、对中度、平面度、自由度等服役条件,具有较好的精度,双轴疲劳试验数据可靠有效。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the accuracy problem of biaxial fatigue test system, the accuracy calibration scheme was proposed of the typical cross thinned testing specimen tensiontension fatigue practicality tests on basis of strainstress method. Through realtime collecting and dynamic indicating the stressstrain data and waveform of corresponding monitoring point, the judgment could be made whether additional moment existed inside twisted and outside bend, as well as the check of load sensor of dynamic accuracy and the amplitude, phase, frequency, and waveform of load feedback value could be performed. The calibration shows that the biaxial fatigue test system with its tools and fixtures are able to ensure the test of coaxiality, centering, plane and freedom, and others, with good accuracy, and the test database is reliable and valid.
