Abstract:Study the transmission effect of reciprocating cutting machine to find the best length relationship for mechanical force performance between crank and connecting rod, which can improve the quality of harvester. By using in unity of SolidWorks and ADAMS software, the model of reciprocating cutting machine was built and analyzed its flexibility, while referencing related literatures on rigidity analysis of the reciprocating cutting machine. The simulation results show that the flexible structure has startup impact, as compared with the rigid structure. And even with the same structure, rigid and flexible mechanism show different inertia force. When the crank of reciprocating cutting machine is at 38 mm, choosing 650 mm length of the connecting rod will get the smallest start impact, inertial force and vibration.
