Blending springback of Ushaped part of carbon structural steel Q215 which was usually used in household appliances was studied with finite element numerical simulation.The relationships between the factors of the circular bead radius of cavity die, clearance between punch and die, friction coefficient, punch velocity and bending springback quantity were analyzed.It provides a useful reference for the personnel of mold manufacturing and production.
