    摘要:

    为了解决全自动超声波烫钻机机头送钻机械手存在振动大、冲击强、速度不可控、平稳性差的问题,优化设计一套基于曲柄摇块式自动送钻机械手机构。借助ADAMS软件对江门某公司研发的全自动超声波烫钻机的机头机械手进行了运动学建模、仿真分析,获得了位移、速度、加速度在各时间段内的变化情况,并对自动送钻机械手机构进行了分析,评估了该机构的合理性和可靠性。结果表明:该机械手可以在保证性能的前提下,控制速度、振动、冲击、平稳性在合理范围内变化,且变化随周期的增加,变得越来越理想,可以满足烫钻粘接的要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of automatic ultrasonic hot drill head sent manipulator of large vibration, strong shock, speed unable controlled, and poor stability, optimized design of a set based on the crank swing block type automatic drilling manipulator mechanism was carried out. ADAMS software was applied in a developed full automatic ultrasonic hot drill head sent manipulator, kinematics modeling and simulation analysis were carried to obtain the changes of displacement, velocity and acceleration in each period of time, and the automatic drill sent manipulator mechanism were analyzed to assess the rationality and reliability of this institution. The results show that, on the premise of assuring performance, it can control vibration, shock, speed and stability in a reasonable change scope. Moreover with the period increasing, change is more and more ideal, and can satisfy the needs of hot drill sent.
