    摘要:

    设计了一种无线式球形机器人控制系统。该系统以STC89C52单片机为核心,主要由电机驱动芯片、nRF24L01无线传输模块、按键等部分组成。控制终端和机器人终端的STC89C52单片机通过nRF24L01芯片无线通信,控制终端发送命令后,球形机器人终端接收并执行命令,以控制球形机器人的运动状态。球形机器人能够在控制终端的控制下向各个方向运动并根据实际路面情况改变其行进速度。最后实验室制作出实物样机,实现了对机器人的无线控制。该系统易于改装和扩展,具有很强的灵活性和实用性。

    Abstract:

    A wireless control system of spherical mobile robot was designed. STC89C52 singlechip microcontroller unit (MCU) was the core of the system which included driver chip of the motor, nRF24L01 wireless communication module and buttons, and etc. The control terminal was communicated wirelessly with the robot by nRF24L01 chip. The control terminal sent the orders, the robot received and executated the orders, and then the motion status of spherical mobile robot was controled by control terminal. The robot could be moved to all directions and changed speed for the specific road conditions under the control of control terminal. Finally, the physical prototype was created in a laboratory, and it could be controled wirelessly. This system of the robot is easy to modify and extend, with very strong flexibility and practicality.
