    摘要:

    基于瞬态启停原理,采用模块化设计方法,设计一种高精度大流量开式换入换出同向型换向装置。该换向装置由3个单一开式喷嘴旋转、分流器固定换入换出反向型换向器模块组配而成。通过研究分析该换向装置工作原理、结构与换向流量误差特性,在保证喷嘴单方向运动重复性一致、计时器计时启停延迟相同条件下,换入换出时间相同,不存在换向流量误差,无需求解最优计时器启停时刻,换向流量误差与换向速率、喷嘴内部流场特性变化、挡板的位置与形状、液滴飞溅等因素无关,适用于大流量液体流量标准装置。

    Abstract:

    Based on flying start and stop principle, a type of open large flux same direction diverting device with high accuracy was designed by using the method of modularization design. The diverting device was composed of modules of three single open different direction diverters with a rotating nozzle and a fixed divider with reversed in and out. After studying and analyzing of working principle, structure and characteristic of diverting flow volume error of the diverting device, under the condition of ensuring the movement repetition at same direction of the nozzle kept consistent and the timer starting/stopping delay was the same, the diverting time were the same and there was no flow volume error. It is no need to solve the optimal timer starting and stopping moment, the diverting flow volume error is unrelated of the factors as diverting speed, the characteristic change of flow field inside the nozzle, the position and shape of the baffle and the splash of the liquid, and etc. The diverter device is suitable for large flux liquid flow calibration facilities.
