Based on the theoretical analysis of hydraulic pulse mechanism and the relationship among the pulsation frequency, flow area and pressure fluctuation amplitude, a mathematical model of hydraulic fluid pulsation was built. According to the mathematical model, a continuous pressure pulsation absorber was designed. The test results about the pulsation absorber show that the multiple absorbing pressure pulsation can effectively reduce the pressure fluctuation amplitude.
