The difference between double core multiway valve and single core multiway valve was introduced. Principle analysis and mathematical modeling were carried out for double core multiway valve.Through the software of AMESim and ADAMS, analysis of the combined simulation was carried out for bucket hydraulic system of excavator of double core multiway valve and single core multiway valve.Experimental test was carried out for the two excavatorsrespectively.The results of simulation and experiment show that the overall performance of excavator of double core multiway valveis moreexcellent.
