    摘要:

    为了实现挖掘机在恶劣、复杂环境下进行施工作业,设计了一种无线遥控挖掘机电液控制系统。该控制系统具备无线遥控、挖掘作业、行走作业、推土作业等多种控制功能。介绍了控制系统总体技术方案、硬件集成和软件设计过程。经过装车试验证明:整车控制系统性能稳定、可靠。控制系统在遥控距离800 m时,单向发送数据无线通信成功率为100%,双向收发数据无线通信成功率为9413%;整车在挖掘模式下,动臂等执行机构电磁阀的反馈电流与手柄位移呈线性关系,电流最大误差为2 mA。

    Abstract:

    In order to carry out construction operation under bad and complicated environment,a kind of electrohydraulic control system for wireless remote control excavator was designed. The control system had the functions of wireless remote,mining operation,walk operation,dozing operation and so on. The total technical plan,hardware integration and software design process were introduced. It has been proved that the performance of the total control system is steady and credible. The precision of oneway communication between the controller and display is 100% and the precision of bidirectional communication between the controller and display is 9413% when the remote control distance is 800 m. In mining mode, the relationship between the feedback current of magnetic valve of actuators containing arm and handle placement is linear. The maximum error of current between the feedback current and target current is 2 mA.
