In order to carry out construction operation under bad and complicated environment,a kind of electrohydraulic control system for wireless remote control excavator was designed. The control system had the functions of wireless remote,mining operation,walk operation,dozing operation and so on. The total technical plan,hardware integration and software design process were introduced. It has been proved that the performance of the total control system is steady and credible. The precision of oneway communication between the controller and display is 100% and the precision of bidirectional communication between the controller and display is 9413% when the remote control distance is 800 m. In mining mode, the relationship between the feedback current of magnetic valve of actuators containing arm and handle placement is linear. The maximum error of current between the feedback current and target current is 2 mA.
