A new design scheme of energysaving hydraulic pumping unit was put forward based on the importance of developing and researching hydraulic pumping unit. Adopting balanced structure of double wells makes the potential energy of sucker rod falling at one side supply power for rising of sucker rod falling at the other side, which decreases the power of installation and realizes continuous pumping oil. Utilizing the technology of proportional control and variable displacement pump with power adapting makes the pressure and flow meet the requirement of system simultaneously and makes the system work according to the designed curve of velocity, which reaches higher precision of control and brings remarkable effect of energysaving.
