    摘要:

    气动板形仪是一种有色金属铝箔在线实时检测、控制板形的专用张力传感器。介绍了气动板形仪的工作原理及特点,对气动板形仪的性能进行了实验研究。实验主要包括:气动板形仪在不同气源压力作用下测压孔口压差与负载的关系、气源压力对检测辊压差-负载灵敏度的影响、气动板形仪的最小工作气源压力。实验结果表明:所研制的气动板形仪具有良好的检测特性,适合用于小载荷下有色金属铝箔的张力检测。

    Abstract:

    Pneumatic shapemeter is specialized tension sensor that is used for foil flatness online realtime detection and shape control. The operating principle and characteristic of the pneumatic shapemeter were introduced, the performance of the pneumatic shape was studied by experiment. These experiments included the relation of pressure taps differential pressure and load under the condition that different air source pressure was imposed on pneumatic shapemeter ,the effect of air source pressure on differential pressureload sensitivity of measuring roller,the minimum working air source pressure of the pneumatic shapemeter. The results show that the designed pneumatic shape has a well detection characteristic and is suitable for detecting the strain of aluminum foil under a smaller load.
