In order to minimize the energy loss in the process of strengthening the grinding process, the design of reasonable nozzle taper was needed, Pro/E was used to establish five different taper CAD models.The ANSYS numerical simulation was introduced to analyze the pressure and velocity images of five different kinds of nozzles under the same initial conditions.The result shows that the pressure and velocity loss of the taper c=01 is the smallest,the optimal value of the nozzle taper is c=0.1.
