    摘要:

    针对民用大飞机的制造需求,开展了155PH不锈钢深孔加工的实验研究。运用极差分析方法,阐明了主轴转速、进给速度及孔深对出口处孔径偏差的影响程度和影响规律。并采用多元回归分析,建立了出口处孔径的指数预测模型。实验及分析结果显示,孔深是影响通孔出口处孔径偏差的主要因素。同时,通过对比预测值和实验值,验证了孔径预测模型构建的合理性和有效性。

    Abstract:

    According to the requirement of large civil aircraft manufacture, experimental study of the deep hole machining of 155PH stainless steel was conducted. The influence degree and law of spindle speed, feed rate and hole depth to hole diameter deviation at exit was respectively illuminated using range analysis method. Besides, multiple regression analysis was applied to construct the index prediction model for hole diameter at exit. The experimental and analysis result shows that the main influence factor to the hole diameter deviation is hole depth. Meantime, by comparing between predictive value and experimental value, the rationality and effectiveness of the prediction model of hole diameter is verified. 
