    摘要:

    针对某型流体机械附件试验过程中因压力脉动导致的试验管路内压力无法准确测量问题,将一种充气皮囊式蓄压油箱作为压力缓冲装置连接在试验管路中,并通过试验确定了使试验管路内压力脉动最小的缓冲装置最佳充气压力,从而有效消除了试验过程中管路内压力脉动,提高了压力检测精度。

    Abstract:

    According to the fact that the pipeline pressure could not be accurately measured because of the pressure fluctuation in the fluid transmission pipelines in a certain type of fluid machinery parts test, regarded as pressure buffer device, a certain type of inflation peltry type oil pressure reservoir was fixed to the testing equipment. The optimum pneumatic pressure for leading to the minimum pressure fluctuation in the testing pipelines was obtained by experiment. Then the pressure fluctuation in the fluid transmission pipelines was eliminated, and the detection precision of pressure during product test was increased.
