    摘要:

    介绍基于LabVIEW的水泵测试系统的基本原理、软硬件设计方法和主要功能。该系统可以进行水泵性能测试,数据采集、显示、分析和存储。水泵测试系统采用了模块化设计方法,各功能模块相互独立,用串口方式与计算机进行数据通信。该系统开发成本低、研制周期短,便于功能模块的扩展。

    Abstract:

    The basic configurations, software and hardware design methods and main functions of water pump testing system based on LabVIEW were introduced. This system can be used to carry out performance testing, automatic data acquisition, display, analysis and storage of various state signals of water pump. Modular design method was used in the development of the testing system, each functional module was independent to each other. It used serial port to communicate with the computer. The testing system of water pump has the following advantages: low cost, short development cycle, convenient expansion of functional modules.
