    摘要:

    滚动轴承出现局部损伤时会产生周期性冲击,振动信号往往具有调制特征,为了能够准确、有效地检测出轴承故障,提出了双树复小波和能量算子解调的诊断方法。首先运用双树复小波对采集到的轴承振动信号进行分解,得到若干个不同频带的分量,提取信号中能量集中的高频调制频带进行信号重构。然后采用能量算子的方法对重构信号进行解调。最后对解调得到的瞬时幅值进行频谱分析便能准确提取故障特征频率。通过信号仿真和实验数据处理结果证明了该方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    When the rolling bearing has a local damage, it will cause the system to produce a periodic impulse, and its vibration signal is often expressed as the form of modulation. In order to be able to accurately and effectively detect the bearing fault, dual tree complex wavelet and energy operator demodulation diagnosis method of combining was put forward. First of all, original fault signals were decomposed into several different frequency components through dualtree complex wavelet decomposition, and the signal of the high frequency modulation frequency band was extracted and used for reconstruction. Then, the reconstruction signal was demodulated by the method of the energy operator. Finally, the characteristic frequency of the fault was extracted accurately by using the instantaneous amplitude spectrum analysis. Through the signal simulation and experimental data analysis it verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
