    摘要:

    设计了一种采用小推力的比例电磁铁作为电-机械转化器,压扭联轴器作为传动机构,且具有阀芯位置反馈功能的2D电液比例阀。在分析该阀结构和工作原理的基础上,对该阀的压扭联轴器输入输出特性和阀的空载流量特性进行了实验研究。结果表明:该阀的压扭联轴器位移滞环约为7.4%;在系统压力为21 MPa时,该阀的流量滞环约为5.7%,说明该2D电液比例阀具有良好的比例特性。

    Abstract:

    A 2 dimensional (2D) electrohydraulic proportional valve was designed, which used a small thrust proportional electromagnet as electromechanical converter, the pressure torsion coupling as transmission actuator, and had spool position feedback function. Based on the analysis of the valve structure and working principle, the noload valve flow characteristics and the characteristics of the input and output characteristics of the pressure torsion coupling were studied experimentally. The results show that displacement hysteresis loop of pressure torsion coupling of the valve is about 7.4%. When the system pressure is at 21 MPa, the flow of the valve hysteresis loop is about 5.4 %, indicating that the 2D electrohydraulic proportional valve has a good proportional feature.
