Abstract:Based on narrative of the importance and difficulties of wind wheel detection, data acquisition of wind wheel test elements was completed with the laser tracker. Measurement and evaluation methods of the wind wheel detection project were studied and formulated based on laser tracker, at the same time, laser tracker of supporting software Polyworks was used to generate the scene test process of the wind wheel precision with macro script, the technical requirements of inspection personnel were reduced, and the detection efficiency was improved. Finally through the related program editing and debugging, the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method are verified, which also provides a certain reference for the use of the related functions in Polyworks macro script.
