    摘要:

    在阐述风电轮毂检测重要性和难点的基础之上,应用激光跟踪仪完成风电轮毂检测要素的数据采集,研究制定出了基于激光跟踪仪的风电轮毂检测项目测量和评价方法。同时利用激光跟踪仪配套软件Polyworks中的宏脚本生成了风电轮毂精度现场检测流程,降低了对检测人员的技术要求,提高了检测效率。最后通过对相关程序的编辑与调试验证了该方法的可行性与实用性,同时也为Polyworks宏脚本中相关功能的运用提供了一定的参考。

    Abstract:

    Based on narrative of the importance and difficulties of wind wheel detection, data acquisition of wind wheel test elements was completed with the laser tracker. Measurement and evaluation methods of the wind wheel detection project were studied and formulated based on laser tracker, at the same time, laser tracker of supporting software Polyworks was used to generate the scene test process of the wind wheel precision with macro script, the technical requirements of inspection personnel were reduced, and the detection efficiency was improved. Finally through the related program editing and debugging, the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method are verified, which also provides a certain reference for the use of the related functions in Polyworks macro script.
