    摘要:

    针对纸基摩擦片制备的关键贴片工序,为提高其贴片效率和产品质量,设计了一种抄片用机械手,主要采用锥齿轮机构及丝杆螺母机构实现机械手的动作传递,应用伺服技术、电磁技术和传感技术实现摩擦片的可靠抓取定位。结果表明:该机械手实现了纸基摩擦片贴片工序的自动化抄片,可有效提高贴片效率,提升产品质量,同时为企业实现纸基摩擦片自动化贴片柔性生产提供技术参考。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the sticking process of the key point in the production of paperbased friction plate, a sheetmaking robot was designed to improve the efficiency of sticking and the quality of the paperbased friction plate. Bevel gears and leading screw and nut mechanism were mainly used for implement of passing the robots action, the application of servo technology, electromagnetic technology and sensor technology were aimed at grabbing and positioning friction plate reliably. The results show that the robot can achieve the automation of sheetmaking in the sticking process, which efficiency is improved in the production of paperbased friction plate and the products quality is improved. Also, the design offers technical references for realizing paperbased friction plates automatic production and flexible production for the enterprises.
