Abstract:Aimed at the sticking process of the key point in the production of paperbased friction plate, a sheetmaking robot was designed to improve the efficiency of sticking and the quality of the paperbased friction plate. Bevel gears and leading screw and nut mechanism were mainly used for implement of passing the robots action, the application of servo technology, electromagnetic technology and sensor technology were aimed at grabbing and positioning friction plate reliably. The results show that the robot can achieve the automation of sheetmaking in the sticking process, which efficiency is improved in the production of paperbased friction plate and the products quality is improved. Also, the design offers technical references for realizing paperbased friction plates automatic production and flexible production for the enterprises.
