Low speed characteristic is very import technical feature of design of high precision rotary table, it is a must for study low speed characteristic to build accurate frame dynamic simulation model and find critical factor for influence of low speed characteristic. On this basis, proportion integration and differential (PID) controller was used adding neural net model to design for predictive controller for prevention of nonlinear disturbance at low speed of rotary table. The experimental results prove this design of predictive controller is feasible at low speed.
