Abstract:The design of automatic welding production line of industrial robot is reasonable or not related to the satisfactory degree of welding technology.The design requirements of the robot automatic welding production line were started from. Detailed analysis of the production line was carried out of control process, configuration and layout, programming and debugging,an detc.And the automatic welding production line composed of FOXBOT and A1200 robot was as an example, brake control and original point revision were adjusted on site. The application of automatic welding production line was done to improve the efficiency and quality of welding operation with value of generalization.The described design ideas, methods and detailed steps provide a reference for the design and debugging of automatic welding production line of industrial robot.
