    摘要:

    提出了一种集泵-缸、闭式泵-马达、开式泵-马达、冷却系统于一体,可实现远程无线通信与管理的多功能液压试验台。对试验台的液压系统进行了设计,并对试验数据的检测、采集、远程监控功能进行了分析;将该试验台与传统试验台的设计进行了比较;设计并进行了闭式泵的测试实验,绘制了闭式泵的转速、压力及加载转矩变化曲线。结果表明:该试验台相比传统的更方便、快捷、先进;闭式泵-马达的试验结果符合设计要求,达到了试验台的设计要求。

    Abstract:

    It was proposed of a set of pumpcylinder, closed type pumpmotor, open pumpmotor, cooling system as a whole, which cloud realize remote wireless communication and management of the multifunction hydraulic test bench. Through the design of hydraulic system of bench, the function of the test data inspected, sampled, and the remote monitoring was analyzed. It was compared with the traditional test bench in design. In addition, the closed type pump was designed and tested in experiment, the closed type pump of speed, pressure and load torque of change curve was drawn. The result show that the bench is more convenient, flexible and advanced than traditional design. The test results of closed type pumpmotor correspond to design requirements, and which meets that of the test bench.
