    摘要:

    针对冶金企业高炉煤气管道腐蚀严重的现象,研究出一种新型管道检测机器人,建立了机器人变径过程力学模型,通过对模型参数进行分析,得出了机器人结构尺寸的优化依据,分析了机器人在复杂管道环境下的运动规律;通过ADSMS软件对机器人牵引力、变径调节过程的力学特性、弯管运动规律进行了分析,验证了管道检测机器人理论的合理性。理论分析与ADAMS仿真结果表明,高炉煤气管道检测机器人具有良好的运动能力与力学性能,其结果可以作为物理样机实际制造的理论依据。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the serious corrosion phenomenon of the blast furnace gas pipe in the metallurgical enterprises, a new type of pipe inspection robot was researched. The diameter variation mechanical model was built. By the model parameter analysis, the optimization of the structure and size of the robot was given. The robots movement rule within the complex pipeline environment was analyzed. By using the software ADAMS, the robot traction force, the mechanical characteristic of the diameter regulating process and the motion law in the elbow were analyzd, and the theoretical rationality of the robot was verified. The theoretical analysis and ADAMS simulation results show that the detection robot has good moving ability and mechanical performance. And the results can be used as the theoretical basis of physical prototype in practical manufacturing.
