In order to solve the problem of pillar synchronous obstacles in up and down, and adjustable difficulty of hyperstatic hydraulic support, by contrasting several synchronization circuits, synchronization cylinder synchronization circuit was selected. The new synchronization control circuit was designed by referenced to traditional synchronization circuit, a model of the new control circuit was established and simulated by AMESim. Quantitative analysis was carried out according to the output data. The state of each branch circuit was researched, and the working state of the synchronization circuit was determinated.
