    摘要:

    传统的小模数弧齿锥齿轮是在专用的小模数铣齿机上进行加工的,采用小尺寸整体普通双面刀盘,大小轮均采用双面法铣齿加工,齿面啮合质量难以控制,从根本上限制了其传动性能的提高。提出了“小轮采用双面法铣齿加工,大轮采用模具法成形加工”的小模数弧齿锥齿轮的加工新方法,并讨论了该加工方法的实施工艺及应用理论基础。结果表明:该方法的实施将有助于大幅度提高小模数弧齿锥齿轮的加工效率,降低能耗,并能取得良好的经济效益与社会效益。

    Abstract:

    The processing of tradition small module spiral bevel gears is on the specialized gear milling machine, using small size alternate blade solid cutter, the gear and pinion are generated normally by the method of duplex, whose meshing quality on their surface was controlled in difficulty, so the improvement of the transmission property is restricted radically. A new generating combination method was proposed for small module spiral bevel gears, that the pinion was generated by traditional duplex, while the gear was generated by forming mold method. The implementation process of this method and the basic theory of application were discussed. The results show that the application of this method will be benefit to sharply improve the processing efficiency of the small module spiral bevel gears, reduce energy consumption, and be bound to acquire good economic benefits and social benefits.
