Abstract:Due to the poor low frequency vibration isolation performance for passive pressure vibration isolation system, adaptive sliding control algorithms based on function approximation was developed to be applied to the single cylinder diaphragm pressure Isolation system, and NIs LabVIEW was used to integrate hardware and software resources to build test system. Through the test of the active pressure vibration isolation system, it shows that in the two ways of regular vibration excitation and irregular vibration excitation, relative to passive pressure vibration isolation system,the amount of vibration in isolation layer is respectively decreased by 346% and 327%,vibration isolation effect is obvious.
