    摘要:

    对叶轮加工工艺和UG NX叶轮加工专用模块进行研究,在阐述后置处理技术的基础上,制作了双转台加工中心(MCV8505)的专用后置处理文件,并在MCV8505五轴加工中心上验证了定制的后置处理文件的正确性和实用性。实践证明:UG NX叶轮专用模块和定制的后置处理文件在实际加工中可提高叶轮加工精度,并可缩短加工时间,真正实现了CAD/CAM软件与实际加工设备的无缝对接,具有较好的实践应用价值。

    Abstract:

    The machining technology and UG NX impeller machining special module were studied. On the basis of post processing technology, special post processing files for double turntable processing center (MCV8505) were created, and the correctness and practicability of the customized postprocessing files were verified in the MCV8505 five axis machining center. Practice has proved that in the actual processing UG NX impeller special modules and the customized post processing file can improve the machining precision of the impeller, and shorten the processing time.So the seamless docking between CAD/CAM software and actual manufacturing equipment is truly realized,it has good practical value.
