The robot's position accuracy is an important indicator to measure the performance of the robot. The analysis of position accuracy is the prerequisite to realize the precision control of robot and the guarantee for the normal operation and the high precision operation. It is also directly related to the production efficiency of the enterprise. So its study has very important engineering application value and theoretical significance. A single laser tracking interferometer method was used to test performance of palletizing robot. Then, by means of calculation, its accuracy of the position and repeatability of position are evaluated so as to achieve the purpose of the position accuracy analysis of robot.
