    摘要:

    为了获得高精度的光纤连接器端面,基于机构学中的四叶玫瑰线传动机构原理,设计出一台四叶玫瑰线轨迹的光纤连接器端面研磨机。并且利用MATLAB数学模型软件进行机构的运动仿真,获得了不同主轴转速对任意一点瞬时速度的影响规律。结果表明:选择合理的主轴转速可以获得稳定的工况。

    Abstract:

    In order to obtain high precision end face of optical fiber connector, a lapping machine with four roses curve track for optical fiber connector end face was designed by the principle of four roses curve track transmission mechanism in theory of mechanism. By using mathematical model software (MATLAB), kinematic simulation of the mechanisms were made and the influence of the spindle speed to instantaneous velocity for any point was gained. The simulated results show that stable working condition can be obtained through choosing reasonable spindle speed.
