摘要:

通过对SMC电缆槽模压成型工艺分析，开发一种适合电缆槽模压成型的压力机。给出了压力机机械结构以及温度控制系统、液压控制系统与电气控制系统原理，同时给出了设备操作流程。

Abstract:

Through analyzing molding process of the SMC cable trunk, a new type of pressure machine which was suitable for the SMC cable was developed.The structure of the machine, the temperature control system, hydraulic control system and electrical control system were given. The equipment operation process was also given.
